Folds book
I understand the processes or using Illustrator and Photoshop incredibly well because when I have used the computers I have need minimal help from anybody. The only part I found hard was the pirate on illustrator.  I overcame this by sitting there and trying my hardest to get round the problem that I faced. The benefits to using these programs are that they get the job done and at a lot better quality.

Artist Inspiration
Leonardo Da Vinci has influenced me in my work because of the great landscapes that he draws and how he uses the pyramid technique to place something into a picture so well and delicately by using the Pyramid technique, without making the painting look different or changed in anyway.
Leonardo also inspired me with my work by how long he puts on his work to make sure that it is perfect. It took him up to 3 years to complete the Mona Lisa and look at it now, it is perfect. He must have sat there for ages making sure that the painting is perfect without any smudges, splodges or mistakes on the painting.

Resources and Time
I have had a lot of resources available to me to complete this course ranging from computers to oils and paintbrushes. The time I have had available to me to finish the course is 2 years which is a sufficient amount of time to finish the course without any setbacks or problems.
I have had a lot of resources available to me to complete this task for example, I have had help from my graphics teacher, I have also had lots of afternoon lessons and time available to me after school to ensure that I have finished my course on time without any problems or setbacks.

Final Pieces
I think that everything went well apart from how late that I completed the actual work. The only struggle I had was getting done on schedule, because I was being a bit lazy and laid back and this made me pay for it. The things I would change are,
The time that I get my work done in, because I didn’t get it done on time, which meant that I had to stay behind during lunchtimes and after school to catch up with the work that I was missing.
Another thing I would change is the theme, I think that the WW1 theme was a bit too complicated and difficult, so next time I will try a easier theme that I can do well and get everything done

Health and Safety
I took part in a variety of Health and Safety procedures that stop others from being hurt and also stops the damage of the equipment that needs to be used for people to complete the course. For example whilst using the computers during lesson time I take regular breaks to stop the straining of my eyes, the school has also tried to stop others from straining their eyes by making the lessons a short enough time that the students learn enough during the lessons but don’t hurt their eyes whilst using the computers.
I have also not drank any liquids whilst using the computers to stop any electrical hazards or damage to the computers, the school has also tried to stop students from spilling drinks on the computers by banning students from having drink by the computers.
I have also moved trip hazards from others paths to stop them from falling and injuring themselves, for example I have moved rucksacks from others paths, school has also tried to minimize the risk of others falling by advising all students to put their bags under the tables and seats so that the other students don’t get their feet caught and fall.
